Rosii Floreak
DEPUTY DIRECTOR, RESEARCH
Rosii (she/her) is a behavioral scientist and deputy director. At Vote Rev and Vote Rev Action Fund, she stewards our suite of evidence-based, high-impact voter engagement tactics to help progressives win. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at ideas42 where she designed and tested behavioral science backed programs to encourage civic engagement, support reproductive health, and increase redistribution of wealth.
She graduated with a B.S. in Decision Science and Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University with Phi Beta Kappa. As a student, Rosii worked closely with the thriving Nepali-Bhutanese refugee community and was motivated to apply behavioral science to policy when she saw how disconnected government services were from the diversity of people they aim to serve. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Rosii developed a love for public transportation and urban planning navigating the streets of Cambridge. She currently lives in San Francisco where you might find her on roller skates or hiking to the prettiest view she can find.
