Marisa Kanof
DIRECTOR OF PARTNER SUCCESS
As the Director of Partner Success, Marisa (she/her), leads the team responsible for facilitating widespread adoption of Vote Rev tactics through excellence in implementation support (including training, materials creation, and troubleshooting), as well as constant refinement of tactics to make them more impactful and easier to adopt.
Marisa is an organizer with more than a decade of experience working in progressive electoral politics. She’s an alumna of President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign and Secretary Clinton’s 2016 presidential bid. Before joining Vote Rev she oversaw Swing Left’s successful 2018 GOTV operations, producing millions of GOTV voter contact attempts in 84 congressional races across the country. She joined Vote Rev in August of 2020 as the Director of Civic Engagement Partnerships. In that role she designed and led Vote Rev’s nonpartisan programs, which worked with more than 40 partners focused on amplifying the power of historically disenfranchised communities to execute Vote Rev tactics in 11 key states.
Marisa holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a JD from the Boston University School of Law, and an MPP from The George Washington University. She was born in New York (go Yankees!), grew up in Arizona, and resides in Northern Virginia with her pug.
