Frank Guzman, Jr.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Frank (he/him) is a Senior Associate, Research working to support Vote Rev's research team to design, refine and test new voter engagement tactics to amplify the power of historically disenfranchised communities. 

Before joining Vote Rev, Frank was an Associate at McKinsey & Company supporting clients in education and the public sector. Frank also has prior work experience as a data scientist, legislative researcher, and campaign operative for progressive campaigns and causes. Frank is a community organizer and researcher at heart, supporting local advocacy campaigns for criminal justice reform in his hometown, Pomona, CA. 

Frank holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan. Frank currently lives in East Los Angeles, CA. He is passionate about football and long walks with his two dogs, Pumba and Pluto.
