Emmanuel Mammah

Born to a Nigerian immigrant and a Southern American, Emmanuel developed a strong sense of civic responsibility from an early age. In 2018, after high school, Emmanuel moved to Florida to advance his passion for civic participation by supporting mid-term voter registration initiatives.

While pursuing a Computer Science degree at University of Colorado Boulder, Emmanuel worked with a D.C.-based consulting firm during his breaks. There, he served as Deputy Field Director and Deputy State Data Director, contributing to numerous high-profile political campaigns across the U.S. Notable contributions of his include Andrew Gillum's Florida gubernatorial campaign in FL, Stephen Daniel’s congressional run in TX, and Amy Klobuchar's presidential primary campaign across states including NY, PA, MS, IA, MN, NC, and NV.

Subsequently, Emmanuel applied his skills as a Senior Digital Campaigner at Dream.Org, where he developed and executed digital engagement strategies and helped people of color build and advance their careers within the tech and sustainability sectors.

Currently at Vote Rev, Emmanuel serves as a Senior Associate on the Voter Contact Innovations team. He applies his computer science expertise and political campaign experience to develop data visualization tools that convert raw canvassing data into actionable insights. His work supports Vote Rev's mission of creating and implementing field-tested voter engagement strategies to enhance civic participation and voter turnout.
